Cutting
and ends-stiffening machine for polymer sutures (tipping machine)
Our suture cutting
and tipping machine which is invented especially for surgical needle
industry can be used for cutting and stiffening the ends of multifilament
sutures on basis of PGA/PGLA and polymer.
For stiffening the ends no additives (e.g. glues) are necessary.
A smooth cut of sutures secures an easy threading into drilled holes
of needles.
